Fit Challenge Classes – Focuses on cardio, strength, and flexibility. A mix of boxing, suspension training, resistant training, weight training, and body weight training with the use of bands, Bosu, bender balls, and gliders.

  • Monday & Wednesday @ 6:00 AM
  • Monday, Wednesday, & Friday @ 9:00 AM
  • Sunday @ 8:30 AM

Cardio Kickboxing – Tae Bo style kickboxing taken to another level of intensity

  • Saturday @ 9:15 AM

Personal/Group Training – 1 on 1 or group training designed for sport specific activity, functional training, or specific injury strengthening.
